Technique Of The Month

Each month, a multimedia presentation of an instructor's favorite technique will be presented. Techniques presented may consist of digital video, seriesed photographs with text explanations, line drawings with text, or a combination of all. Technique Of The Month is open to anyone who wishes to submit a presentation. The best Technique presentations will be chosen from all of the entries. Priority will be given to Sansei Black Belts, then Sansei members, then visiting Black Belts.
